FAQ as of 2023

Q. Will you have *insert product* again? 

A: It depends on availability of all the components involved! 

Q. How will my product ship?

A: Usually USPS priority or ground :) 

Q. Its been a while, can I get an update? 

A: Of course, send me an email with your order number and name on the order and i'll get back to you ASAP - only exclusions are weekends and major holidays! 

Q. Can I get a refund? or can I return this product? 

A: I don't offer refunds unless its clearly lost in the post, or broken, which I will ask for photos! If it is, then I will offer a refund (excluding shipping) no questions asked! I do not accept returns at this time, thanks for understanding! :)

Q. Are your product's packaging recyclable or reusable? 

A: Yes! All of the glass, paper, cardboard, and thank you notes are! Just remove any labels (which are designed to be easily removable) and wax seals (also easily removable) and you're good to go! You can also remove all extra wax from a candle jar/tin, clean it out, and reuse it for storage! I put wax beads, perfume samples, and pins in mine. :)

Q. Can I get a custom candle? 

A: If I have availability I can definitely make you a custom candle! Just send me a direct message on Twitter or Instagram and i'll set you up! I have one slot open currently!

Q: What are your fragrance oils / EDP made of and their concentrations?

A: As of 7/22/2023 my Full Moon Fragrance Oil collection is made with either skin safe unscented coconut oil, almond oil, or DPG (dipropylene glycol) or a combination of the three! My EDP (eau de perfume) are made with high quality, food safe, cane sugar perfumer's alcohol and DPG! The fragrance itself is made by me with fragrance oils, aroma chemicals, real extracts (i.e. cocoa, rum) CO2 extractions, perfumer bases, reconstitutions, and perfumer made / house made accords! My FOs are 15-20% fragrance dilution and my EDPs are 25-27% dilution! 

Update: As of Aug. 2023 I now have an extrait concentration in my EDP formulation which means the fragrance in the mix is at 30% - this concentration will always be listed in the fragrance description!
